Here is a recap of the four tools we shared with you via video in January (view videos here):
Wheel of Life - helps you see the big picture of your life as you rate your satisfaction with eight key areas: emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial. You can see where there may be an imbalance in your life, causing a bumpier ride than you would like.
Values Assessment - uncovers what principles, beliefs, and qualities hold the most significance to you in life. Realizing your top values can help you make decisions, build or grow relationships, and navigate life situations in alignment with your priorities.
Wish List - looks at what you would like more of in your life and invites you to consider why. In writing statements of "I would like more [specific thing], because [positive outcome or benefit]." you can clarify what it is you want and soften any resistance to not yet having it.
Talent Insights Assessment (TTI Sucess Insights) - offers a detailed description of your style of communication and how you behave in addition to what motivates you to take action. This awareness can lead to a deeper view than you would normally see of yourself and others, skills and motivators to share with current or future employers for promotion or hiring, better collaboration and communication with individuals and teams, and identification of areas for development.
You can navigate life with purpose by having greater self-awareness of who and where you are in relation to the direction you want to go. You are likely to experience greater life fulfillment and a deeper sense of satisfaction and purpose in life when you make informed decisions and set goals aligned with your values and aspirations.
